  • What are the steps to reserve?
    1. You can send us a WhatsApp, text message or call to check availability. 2. Once we have confirmed availability we will send you a payment link so you can reserve 50% of the total. 3. At the time of delivery you will show us an identification with your name to deliver the scooter. We will keep your ID as a deposit (This cannot be the license in case of renting a scooter)
  • What is the minimum age to use a scooter and book?
    The minimum age is 18 years
  • Where is our point of sale?
    We have a main delivery point at the Chen Luum Hotel. However, our service is mainly home delivery (Only within Aldea Zama)
  • Do you have to have a driver's license?
    A license is required if you rent a scooter. If you rent an electric bike, it is not necessary.
  • Do I have to wear a helmet to travel?
    Yes, it is mandatory to wear a helmet all the time you use the scooter, otherwise the traffic police will stop you and apply a fine. In the case of the bicycle it is not mandatory but we recommend it.
  • Can two people go on a scooter?
    Yes, the maximum capacity is 2 people with a maximum weight of 150 kg in total. You must be careful when driving with 2 people because the use of the scooter is less agile.
  • How can I be sure that a scooter will be available?
    To ensure that a scooter is available, we recommend making a reservation as early as possible.
  • What should I bring when I receive my scooter?
    Passport or official photo ID is required. We will keep the ID as a deposit, don't worry, we will keep the ID in a safe deposit box.
  • Do you deliver the scooter with a full tank?
    Yes, all scooters are delivered with a full tank of gas. The scooter must also be returned with a full tank. In case this does not happen, an additional cost of 10 USD or its proportional amount will be charged.
  • Can I return the scooter after closing hours?
    In some cases, it is possible to deliver during extraordinary hours. Please ask directly via our WhatsApp if this is possible. There may be an additional charge.
  • How can I contact TAR?
    You can contact us in different ways. Through the contact form, whatsapp or by phone.
  • Can I change my reservation?
    In case there are more than 24 hours left for your reservation, it is possible to make changes. Contact us by whatsapp to request the change.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    It is possible to cancel within the first 24 hours after making a reservation.
  • What should I do in case of an accident?
    If you have an accident with the scooter during the rental period, you must take the following steps: • Do not keep driving the scooter; • Contact us immediately so we can contact the insurance company. (Only scooters have damage coverage) • In case of minor damage, it will be possible to evaluate if the insurance deductible or cost for repairs applies. This is done at the time of return. In this case, a repair cost will be given that will have to be covered to return the identification under warranty.
